_{I'm still trying to sort out designs, but this is what I at least have for now please send help

I tried not to make an OC and I failed fucking r i p;;; Still sorting out a lot, but her name is Kasumi Konpaku, she's a second year, she's pretty much the mom friend, and her Quirk is called Hitodama. Basically, her Quirk utilizes the hitodama connected to her hair to control those who touch it (basically just the two on the top curls, the rest are just there for aesthetic because I like drawing flames), but only for 5 minutes. Once those 5 minutes are up, they're immune to her ability for the rest of the day. And if control is broken (whether it be her releasing it, her running out of stamina, or the hitodama that appears above the possessed person's head gets put out by things like water), she can regain control again, but she doesn't gain the time used beforehand back and only has the remaining amount of time left over usable. Since only the top two are the ones she utilizes, she can only control up to two people at a time, and she has to be within a certain distance, or else the connection with immediately break. This only applies to creatures with a pulse and are visibly living, pretty much limiting her to only humans and animals.

Also her hair is perpetually floating and it really makes things difficult sometimes someone help her
Don't look at me I love reading about supernatural phenomena, yokai, and the like way too much that it bleeds into everything I do

Gonna be trying to sort a bunch of shit out, so this is all just a basic idea until I get more details/think about ways to fix it
